I too was attacked by this bird!..in pretty much the same fashion... The thing has made the news since it has attacked so many people... Saw it attack a mailman and he freaked out and spilled all the mail out of his little push cart. It was great..and sad at the same time... Watching this bird attack gets me through the day.

DAY OF SPORTS!!!

Day of sports is this saturday!!! It will be held at my house, unless you guys have a different place in mind. I think that the sports will include: Fishing, Croquet (if steve can bring it), VolleyBall (If i can find my net and ball) Wiffle Ball (if dave can bring his stuff), and possibly some Bags (again if dave can bring it) Maybe a foot race or two...Any other sports are welcome. Come over to my house around 2pm? If everyone can bring something, maybe some beer, food, ice, a cooler. I'll do some cooking on the grill and provide some music for your dancing pleasure.

Canoeing Dates

Here are the dates for the annual canoeing trips, we are gonna make 2 trips again this summer. The first will be on the weekend of June 15th-17th and the second trip will be the weekend of August 3rd-5th. All are welcome to go with exception of the ladies (sorry ladies) its about $30 per person for the camping and canoe rental and we usually get up there on firday at various times, camp at the campsite friday night and hit the river saturday morning, camp on the river saturday night and return on sunday. Its a good time had by all, and Biff might drink a warm beer from your crotch on his hands and knees if you are lucky.

Stink Bomb

Pirates of the Carribean comes out on Thursday night at 8pm and it is worthy of a stink bombing. It was funny when we hit the Pink Panther movie and this movie will have a larger audience on opening night. I am willing to do this but there must be others who are going to this. I am looking at you Mr Tedesco and Mr Oz. It will be glorious like having sex while eating a hoagie.

For most of you, the party invitations went to the same address as the wedding invitation. If you don't receive one in the mail by the end of the week, call your mom...i'm sure she has it:)

Upcoming Turner Events

I got two things for people to make plans for. First, Michelle's birthday is may 7th, and she and two of her girlfriends, who are also celebrating their birthdays, are throwing a party downtown this friday at a bar called Hye...i think. Sounds like "high"....anyways, i think its around wrigleyville/wicker park area and there is one of those all you can drink deals, probably around $25 - $30. Im going down there after I get off work...probably go around 9pm. Everyone is now considered invited. Second, "The Day Of Sports" is on Saturday June 2. It has to be this day and no other day. If it doesn't happen that day then it's not going to happen. I have plans every other weekend and then Im moving June 26th. So let me know if your coming so we can make arrangements. On a side note : My friends Glen and Sara (from streamwood) just opened a hotdog place called Wienerville at 1785 Larkin Ave in Elgin. Its about a quarter mile east of randall. I did the logo for them so go check it out. Their food is really good, and its pretty cheap too.

Pekin Party

The party will have to be on June 9th. We have plans on the 19th, 26th, and 2nd. Hope everyone can come down...i'm sure we'll have a great time! If phone calls, emails, invitation, etc. are necessary, i'm going to need some help with addresses and numbers.

Cubs Vs Cardinals Tickets

Hey all,
I'm not sure if you're interested but I thought I'd see if some of your Cubs or Cardinal fan friends might be. I have Cubs vs Cardinals tickets for next Friday, 4/20 game at 1:20pm Dugout Box Section 16 Row C seats 6-9 (right behind Cubs batter box)... I will sell them in groups of 2 at $260 a ticket ($255 cost + $5 tax processing, etc.) Excellent seats, just trying to get what I put into them back.. I guess maybe I shouldn't quit my day job to become a ticket broker, huh??? Let me know if you have any ideas (already tried stub hub, ebay, and craig's list).

Golf is back, well hopefully soon. I can get Player Passes again. $40 per book. There are over 50 chicagoland golf courses where its buy one get one free rounds. Split it with another person, and save your money in one round. Biff and Schmelzer bought them last year and enjoyed it. Let me know if you want it or know of anybody who does.
