I put a deposit down on the basement of Lucky Jack's, a bar close to our house, for the Super Bowl, in light of the fact that absolutely no one's house will accommodate everyone and being crammed into a bar really sucks.So, for 4 hours we can have $30 all you can drink beer and well mixed drinks, or $35 premium beer and mixed drinks. This excludes shots and on the rocks drinks. Their is also an option to do a cash bar. The space fits 40-50 people comfortably and a projector TV can be brought in. There's three TVs already down there, but are smallish bar TVs. We can also have it catered or bring our own food. So I need some input...
As far a drinks go, do you want to:A. Have the $30 beer & well drinks;
B. Have the $35 premium beer & drinks; or
C. A cash bar.

As for food, do you want:
A. To have it catered (beef, mostacholi, etc.);
B. To bring our own food; or
C. Some of both.
Please let me know what you all would like to do and if you have any other ideas.

So I forgot my log in and password, so this is the Jew. E, I know the owner of lucky jacks and I think i can swing a better deal then the 30. I will talk with him on wed, and I will let you know if I can do better then that. Also if i can't do better then that, I vote for the $30 one. I know some poeple are going to be in fla for the game, but I am up for going out. GO BEARS!!!!
I was also thinking, Driscoll may be able to reserve a section at the Kitchen. Just encase people don't want to spend $30 a person. I don't care what we do...I do want a big group though. I think that would be fun. My dad is flying in just for the game so he'll probably be with me. Im in for what ever...thanks for organizing something Erin.

I can make a ton of food for the event. I was thinking of making meatballs and some sort of sausage display. I have all the trays so I can cater the event. The only thing I would ask from some people is to make some dip or something else of that nature. That would take some of the pressure off of me. I would also like to have an estimate on how many people will be attending so I can figure out the cost.

I can make that cheesy hamburger crock pot dip, and some salsa, etc. Also, I talked to the owner this morning and he said that if people don’t plan on staying the whole time or drinking that much, they could just pay cash for drinks. It would be helpful, if people started to RSVP as to who is coming and how many guests they’re bringing, so I can start putting together a list. Please also post whether you’re bringing a dip or dessert, plates, napkins, forks, etc.
You already know that I'm in. I can't wait we got to get as shitty as we can in four hours which should not be a problem. Also don't forget to bring your sleds, just in case.
I already let Dave know, but another reminder, Deanne, her friend Jackie and myself will be there. Deanne will most likely make some kind of appetizer. Let me know if there is anything I can bring such as chips, plates, utensils, wet naps, or a pie, hahaha! Also, just in case, does the bar have champagne or should we bring some??? (Give people a RSVP dealine by like the 31st or something, that you'll be better prepared). Thanks D and E!!!!
I will be there as well. The $30 plan is perfect. The 30 is for beer, the bar, and lap dances. Correct?
I will also bring some sort of appetizer. I think we should all post our appetizer's so we don't get like 6 mexican dip's. I will post mine after I ask my mommmy to make us something!!!!
Do we have a projector TV and a stereo to hook up to it? I dont want to end up watching it on the tiny tv's. I think I will either bring some sort of dessert or maybe my quesidillas anyone have any suggestions?
I am going to look up how to make Churros but Im thinking its hard.
Working on it Steve. Actually looking at adding 2 40' tvs instead of the projector.
